The protection of your data is one of top priorities for L4B Software. Our internal data protection regulations ensure a high level of privacy. In addition, L4B Software also complies with the data protection regulations of the countries in which we operate. Our employees are obligated to comply with legal and internal data protection regulations, to protect personal data and to ensure its confidentiality.

Furthermore, we take technical and in-house security measures to protect collected data against loss, destruction, and access by unauthorized persons. These security measures are subject to regular review and inspection as well as technical adjustments.

1. Data
1.1. Data Collection

Your personal data (such as title, name, address, email address, and telephone number) will only be collected and processed by us in accordance with the data protection regulations of the countries in which we operate.

1.2. Data Processing

The processing of personal data voluntarily provided to us is necessary in order to process inquiries, orders, applications or the like, or to conclude contracts.

Furthermore, we use analysis tools (see 3. Cookies and Plugins) to constantly improve our website, carry out statistical surveys or save individual language settings for you.
Your consent to the collection, processing and evaluation of your data is voluntary and can be revoked at any time. However, you may only revoke your consent with effect for the future, and this does not apply to data that has already been collected and processed.

At L4B Software, your data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Data is only disclosed within our Group if this serves the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Your data is only transferred to third parties after explicit agreement. Data transfer to state institutions and authorities is subject to mandatory national legislation of the countries in which we operate.

3. Cookies and PlugIns
3.1. Cookies and Google Analytics

The L4B Software website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses the so-called cookies, which are text files stored on your computer to help analyze your use of the website. Personal data generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. 3.2.1. Social PlugIns Facebook

We use social plugins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the phrase "Facebook Social Plugin." For example, if you click on the "Like" button or leave a comment, the corresponding information will be sent from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. Furthermore, Facebook also shares your preferences with your Facebook friends. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly link the access to our page with your Facebook account. 3.2.1. Social PlugIns Google Plus

We use the "+1" button from the Google Plus social network, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). The button can be recognized by the "+1" icon on a white or colored background. When you visit a website that contains such a button, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers. The content of the "+1" button is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and integrated into the website. Therefore, we have no influence on the amount of data Google collects using the button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without clicking on the button. 3.2.1. Social PlugIns LinkedIn

We use social plugins from LinkedIn, operated by LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. If you access a web page that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to LinkedIn servers. LinkedIn transmits the content of the plugin directly to your browser and integrates it into the website. By integrating the plugin, LinkedIn receives the information that you have accessed the respective page which contains the plugin. If you are logged in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn can link your visit to your LinkedIn account.
